New Pampanga-based airline readies flights to Macau

Local carrier Spirit of Manila Airlines is mounting flights to Macau next month after it secures regulatory approval from the Civil Aeronautics Board to fly to two destinations in Asia and three in the Middle East.
The company said in a statement that the Pampanga-based airline sought approval from the aeronautics board to fly to Macau in China, Taipei in Taiwan, and Kuwait, Bahrain and Dubai in the Middle East.
“This approval will make Spirit of Manila the newest local airline to fly international and the second Philippine carrier to fly to the Middle East,” said the company.
